Pre-trip medical examinations (PTME) in every vehicle
Drivers are seeking workarounds. This has given rise to a shadow market in counterfeit certificates. Drivers with health issues, including mental health issues, are hitting the roads. Meanwhile, the examinations themselves are increasingly becoming mere formalities.
We have developed a systemic solution for the entire transportation industry: equipping every vehicle with a Dimeсo T11 mobile terminal. This allows for the complete digitalization of pre-trip and post-trip medical examinations (PTMEs) right in the vehicle’s cabin.
The pilot project has already been launched: we’ve provided clients with a comprehensive product that includes a PTME, an electronic waybill, and a remote vehicle inspection. Over 500 terminals have been installed, and thousands more will be deployed soon. If the pilot is successful, we plan to roll out the solution across municipal transport.
The tablet-sized T11 device is designed specifically for use on the road and functions as a fully-fledged medical center. Drivers independently measure their blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and take a breathalyzer test. The entire procedure takes no more than 90 seconds. The results, along with photo and video recording of all stages, are instantly transmitted to the doctor. The doctor remotely confirms admission for the trip with an electronic signature and immediately generates an electronic waybill. Furthermore, the terminal allows for online consultations with a physician (assistance for drivers and passengers en route), automatically sends SMS notifications to management about the driver’s condition on the route, and generates an itinerary receipt.

What does installing a T11 terminal in a vehicle offer businesses?
Savings
up to 50% on medical examination costs.
Time
one extra work shift per month for each driver.
Transparency
complete protection against fraud and fictitious certificates. Real-time monitoring of drivers’ health before each trip.
Efficiency
a 5% increase in business efficiency without expanding the fleet.
Importantly, the solution is fully compliant with the law. Remote medical examinations have been officially permitted since September 1, 2023, and the Ministry of Transport has set a goal of converting 90 percent of transportation documents to digital format by 2030. Dimeco T11 terminal operates strictly within the legal framework and uses a physician’s electronic signature.
Installing the T11 in every vehicle isn’t just replacing paper certificates with electronic ones. It provides 24/7 medical support for the entire fleet, ensures genuine road safety, provides complete transparency for management, and enables additional trips without unnecessary costs. This technology can provide medical support for drivers throughout Russia and address systemic industry issues through digital solutions.
